Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Conflict to Love, we are committed to offering live journeys that encourage deep self-understanding. Each journey is carefully structured, and spaces are limited to allow meaningful interaction.

1. Cancellation by Participant

Participants may request a cancellation for a full refund if made at least 48 hours before the first live session of a journey.
Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the first session are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

Refunds are offered only for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first live session of a journey.
No refunds will be issued once the journey has begun or for missed sessions.
In the rare case that an entire journey is canceled from our end, a full refund will be processed automatically.

3. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@conflicttolove.com with your name, the journey you registered for, and your reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

If applicable, any non-refundable payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Donations

Donations made via our website are entirely voluntary and non-refundable. By proceeding with a donation, you acknowledge that it is not a payment for goods or services, and does not entitle you to any specific benefits. Please donate only if you fully understand and agree to this.
